Gibtelecom is the leading telecommunications provider to home and business users in Gibraltar. FSG is privileged be to be associated with the blue-chip business in Gibraltar – a relationship that has grown over the past 12 years into one of mutual trust and understanding. Aligning ourselves to  Gibtelecom’s culture of “supreme customer service” has been key to the sustainability of this relationship.

FSG provide a variety of sophisticated equipment and services required by Gibtelecom’s high-tech and expanding business. We have provided and continue to provide and maintain many of their fire and security requirements including all fire alarm, door access and intruder alarm systems at Gibtelecom’s 5 major sites. We also provide CCTV at their  retail point and offices at John Mackintosh Square.

During the past 3 years the demand for Gibtelecom’s hosting requirements in their data centres has increased. FSG continue to ensure that these are protected from fire and security risks deploying the latest technology to complement these specialised customer environments. In turn FSG use a variety of Gibtelecom services. In addition to landline, data, mobile, and broadband, we also use their Central Monitoring Station that provides a 24/7 alarm response to our operatives allowing a fast and efficient service to our own customers.
